H. Wayne Griest is President & CEO of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Griest previously served as Chief Financial Officer with The Dewey Companies, LP, a full service real estate company with commercial and residential construction and development, property management and land acquisition capabilities.

Prior to joining The Dewey Companies, Mr. Griest was a commercial banker for over 25 years. He served as Executive Vice President of Progress Bank, where he was responsible for all residential and commercial real estate construction and permanent lending activities of the Bank as well as all commercial mortgage banking activities. Mr. Griest also served on the Bank’s Executive Management Committee, Loan Committee, and Asset and Liability Committee, as well as having previously served on the Board of Directors of Progress Financial Corporation.

He holds BS and MBA degrees.

Dolores M. Lare is Chief Operating Officer of Continental Bank. Most recently Mrs. Lare served as Executive Vice President of Operational and Technology Services for Progress Bank. While at Progress, she was a member of the Executive Management Committee and the Chairperson of the Technology Steering Committee. Her responsibilities included management of Information Technology, Loan Servicing, Deposit Operations, Compliance, Security, and Facilities Departments.

Prior to joining Progress, Mrs. Lare was Chief Operating Officer at Prime Bank where she was responsible for leadership of all operational and technological activities. Prior to that she was with PNC Bank for 20+ years with her last assignment being Director of the bank’s Eastern Region Operations where she managed a staff of 950 employees and an annual budget of $50 million. She was a member of the senior management team at Midlantic and Continental Banks prior to joining PNC Bank.

Mrs. Lare holds a BS Degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Stephanie A. Austin is Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank. Most recently, Ms. Austin served as Controller for Harleysville National Bank. While at Harleysville, she was responsible for financial reporting to management, shareholders, SEC, and regulators. Additionally, she was responsible for corporate-wide internal accounting controls and disclosure as required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Prior to joining Harleysville, Ms. Austin was Controller at Progress Bank where she was responsible for forecasting, profitability measurement, budgeting, corporate tax reporting, and financial systems support in addition to financial reporting to management, shareholders, SEC, and regulators. Prior to Progress Bank she was with CoreStates and Meridian Banks for 14 plus years with her last assignment being Vice President of Finance.

Ms. Austin holds a BS Degree in Accounting from Bentley College and is a Certified Internal Auditor. Ms Austin serves on the Daniel Boone Area School District Board of Directors and is the Treasurer and a member of the Berks Career and Technology Center Joint Operating Committee.

Robert J. Bifolco is Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Continental Bank. Mr. Bifolco has over 36 years of extensive banking experience. Prior to joining Continental Bank, he served as Executive Vice President for Commercial Banking at Penn Liberty Bank. He served as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer with responsibility for the Commercial Banking Division for the former Progress Bank from 1993 until its acquisition by FleetBoston in January 2004.

From 1981 to 1993, Mr. Bifolco was with Meritor Savings Bank where he served as Vice President and Director of Commercial Loan Recovery Department and as Chief credit Officer of PSFS’s Small Business Banking program. He started his banking career in various commercial lending positions with First Pennsylvania Bank in Philadelphia.

Mr. Bifolco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Ursinus College.

Frances Fusco is Senior Vice President of the Retail Division of Continental Bank. Ms. Fusco joins the bank from Bank of America where she managed the sales and service of a cluster of 25 stores within the Delaware Valley. In this role she was responsible for all aspects of branch staffing, sales management, and service delivery.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Ms. Fusco spent 20 plus years at Progress Bank where she served in various capacities with the most recent being the Sales Manager for the bank’s 21 branch offices. In this role, she was responsible for leadership and administration of the branch network for sales growth and superior customer service delivery, through the 21 branches in the 6-county Philadelphia area. She was a member of the team who grew the Progress franchise from 7 to 21 offices, which included branch start-ups and branch acquisitions. She also implemented a sales and service management program from Cohen-Brown.

Eric J. Morgan is Senior Vice President, Chief Credit and Risk Officer of Continental Bank. Mr. Morgan has an extensive background in credit and risk management, as well as a broad range of expertise in many aspects of banking operations. He most recently served as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Risk Management for O'Neill Properties Group in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he was with Fleet National Bank as Senior Risk Manager, Real Estate Finance Construction/Commercial real estate lending group. He was with Progress Bank when Fleet National acquired Progress where he created the enterprise-wide Risk Management Program.

Mr. Morgan holds a BA Degree in Business Administration from Gettysburg College and an MBA degree in Accounting from Temple University.

W. Kirk Wycoff serves as Chairman of the Board of the Company and the Bank. He served as President and CEO of Company and the Bank from its inception in 2005 until June 2007. Mr. Wycoff is the Managing Partner of Patriot Financial Partners, L.P., a private equity fund headquartered in Philadelphia focused on investing in community banks and thrifts throughout the US.Mr. Wycoff has more than 25 years of banking and finance experience. From 1991 – 2004, Mr. Wycoff was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Progress Financial Corp. and Progress Bank, a leading banking and financial services company, where he was responsible for building a small regional bank into one of the Philadelphia area’s top financial institutions. During his more than 12 years with Progress, the bank grew from $280 million in assets and seven offices, to more than $1.2 billion in assets and 21 offices, and successfully expanded its product offering to become a full service financial institution.

Prior to leading Progress Bank, Mr. Wycoff enjoyed a successful career in the Philadelphia banking community and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crusader Savings Bank, which he transformed into a profitable mortgage lender. He also held senior level positions with Girard Bank and the Philadelphia Savings Fund Society, and is a successful private real estate investor.

He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Franklin & Marshall.

Michael J. Clement is a partner with the law firm of Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone, Garrity & Potash, LLP, where he has been practicing law for over 30 years. He has represented financial institutions in connection with complex commercial and real estate lending transactions, real estate acquisitions, land planning and approval for branch banks, joint ventures and participations. Mr. Clement also represents land developers and business entities in connection with land development, lending transactions and provides general legal services to these business entities and their officers, directors and managers. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Clement is a principal in a real estate development company and has participated in the development and management of housing projects, office buildings and general land development.

Mr. Clement has a BA degree from the Pennsylvania State University, a JD degree from Northwestern University Law School and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association and his community.

William O. Daggett, Jr. is CEO and owner of Kistler Tiffany Benefits, a firm engaged in the sale, service and administration of employee benefits since 2000. Mr. Daggett is also Chairman of the Board of North American Benefits Company, a Pennsylvania third-party administrator since 1992. Mr. Daggett is involved in various capacities in Benefit Designs, Inc., Group Marketing Services, Inc., Group Brokerage Associates, Inc., Quality Rx Services, Inc., and CBDI, Inc., which are firms related to the insurance business. Mr. Daggett is a member of the Board of Directors of Network Communication Technology, Corporate Call Center, and Positive Physicians Insurance Exchange. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Progress Financial Corporation and Progress Bank where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters, Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters and Progress Financial Resources.

Mr. Daggett is a graduate of Ursinus College and was a member of the Board of Trustees at Ursinus. Additionally, he is a co-founder and current director of The Kistler-Tiffany Foundation.

G. Daniel Jones is a Managing Director of CBIZ Accounting, Tax and Advisory, LLC, located in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. His areas of professional experience include federal taxation, accounting and auditing, estate and financial planning, forensic accounting and litigation support. He has been Chairman of two annual meetings of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants - Greater Philadelphia Chapter. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Jones served on the Board of Directors of the Accountants Professional Liability Group (Orion Capital), and is a member of the Board of Governors of Torresdale-Frankford Country Club and currently serves as the Club’s Treasurer. Mr. Jones served on the Board of Progress Bank and Progress Financial Corporation (PFNC-Nasdaq) where he was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Merger & Acquisition and Nominating Committees.

He is a graduate of Temple University, and was an adjunct professor of accounting at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science in addition to serving as a part-time instructor of a Forensic Accounting Law course at Temple University Law School.

Arthur J. Kania is a principal at Trikan Associates, a Kania family affiliate which manages various real estate holdings in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. Trikan is also active in venture-capital investments, primarily in health care, technology and the leisure industry. Mr. Kania is also Chairman of the Board of Franklin Security Bank. In addition to this position, Mr. Kania has also been a Director of Summit Bank, Prime Bank, PNC Bank and a director and member of the Executive Committee of Midlantic Bancorporation and Continental Bank.

Mr. Kania is a 1953 graduate of the University of Scranton, and 1956 graduate of Villanova University Law School. Mr. Kania is active in various charitable and civic affairs. Mr. Kania is a former member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Villanova University; a current member of the Board of Consultors of Villanova University School of Law; a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Trustee Emeritus of The University of Scranton; a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital; a director of Piasecki Foundation; a past member of the Delaware Valley Hospital Council and the Chairman’s Advisory Committee of the Temple University Department of Health Administration (Graduate Division); and a past member of the Executive Board of the Philadelphia Art Museum Associates.

J. Edmund Mullin is a principal in the Lansdale law firm of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin. Mr. Mullin is a past president of the Montgomery Bar Association and a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He has lectured statewide and locally to bar associations, boards of realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Planners. Mr. Mullin is a member of the Legal Action Network for Development Strategies, a group of approximately one hundred attorneys nationwide who works with the National Association of Home Builders, as well a member of the Industry Action Committee of the Bucks/Montgomery Home Builders Association.

He received his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law where he previously served as a member of the Board of Consultors. Mr. Mullin is a member of the Board of Trustees of Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School and Montgomery County Community College.

Kevin Silverang is a principal and founding partner of Silverang Hallowell Development Company, LLC, a development company specializing in acquiring and developing value added real estate. In addition, Mr. Silverang co-founded the law firm of Silverang & Donohoe, LLC. Mr. Silverang is an entrepreneur who has personally developed over $50 million of property and co-founded two multi-million dollar real estate equity funds.

Prior to formation of Silverang Hallowell, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of O'Neill Properties Group where he oversaw a portfolio of real estate with a retail value of over $4 billion. Prior to joining O’Neill Properties Group, Mr. Silverang served as Managing Partner of law firm Buchanan Ingersoll's Philadelphia office, Vice Chairman of the firm's real estate and banking practice, and a member of the executive committee and Board of Directors. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Progress Financial Corporation and Progress Bank.

Mr. Silverang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College, and obtained his law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate subjects at seminars sponsored by the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

John M. Surgent, CPA, is a managing member of Schalleur Devine and Surgent, Certified Public Accountants specializing in taxation, financial planning, and due diligence of private placements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. In addition, he is also managing member of Surgent McCoy CPE, LLC which provides continuing professional education to CPAs and financial planners throughout the nation. He is current chairman of the Board of the Franciscan Ministries Foundation.

He holds a MS in Taxation from Villanova University and a BS in Accounting from Villanova University Cum Laude.

Charles J. Tornetta is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tornetta Realty Corp. and directs the activities of one of the most well known commercial and industrial real estate firms in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Tornetta is one of the four original founders of Tornetta Realty Corp., and has been involved in every aspect of the real estate industry such as land planning and development, construction, ownership and management of office and flex buildings, parks and campuses, community shopping centers, and net lease operations.

He is a member of the Tri State Realtors Commercial Alliance, and The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and is on the Board for Montgomery Hospital, Greater Norristown Corporation and the Montgomery County Planning Commission. Mr. Tornetta served on the Progress Bank Board Loan Committee and the Executive Committee and served on the Board of Progress Financial Corporation and Progress Bank.
